MILAN - A.C. Milan’s general shareholders’ assembly will be held today at 16.00 CET in via Paleocapa, Milan. The assembly’s agenda includes the approval of the 2010 financial statements of the company along with the consolidated financial statements and the renewal of the Board of Directors. Immediately after the assembly, the first ordinary BoD session will take place.

MILAN - Palermo’s official website has quoted Rosaneri coach Delio Rossi, who has talked about the upcoming Milan-Palermo Italian Cup encounter in a press conference earlier today: “This will be a match of great significance. This year, NUTRILITE will donate $2,500 to Milan Foundation for every goal Milan score in the championship. That means that the Rossoneri players will play an important role in the campaign as their goals will help raise funds for the construction of a multifunctional sports centre in Naples, to be built in a neighbourhood that currently asks for a safe environment for children to congregate.At the end of the Milan-Sampdoria game Saturday night, a cheque of $150,000 was handed over to Robinho, who represented the Rossoneri squad after scoring the third goal of the match, for Milan’s 56 Serie A goals scored since the beginning of the season.
