MILAN - Matteo Manassero, a great golf player and passionate Rossoneri fan, has capped off his first professional season by winning the European Tour’s Newcomer of the Year Award. In October, the talent from Veneto became the youngest champion in the history of the European Tour, winning the Castello Masters at the age of 17 years and 188 days.Thanks to this achievement, Manassero has joined past winners, such as Nick Faldo, Jose Maria Olazabal, Colin Montgomerie and Sergio Garcia.
